Considerado un Super Alimento. Ghee, una mantequilla clarificada a la que se le retira manualmente los sólidos de la leche (lactosa) y la caseína (proteína de la leche). Es libre de gluten, preservantes y aditivos. Destaca sus múltiples bondades hacia la salud en general por el tipo de grasa que es. Al ser de cadena corta y media es absorbida y metabolizada rapidamente por el cuerpo.
Debido a que se le retira la lactosa, el ghee es apto para personas intolerantes a la lactosa. Si eres intolerante a la lactosa debes adquirirlo
Una de las grandes ventajas es que NO requiere refrigeración, puedes conservarse a temperatura ambiente hasta cerca de un año aunque el frasco se encuentre en uso y haya sido abierto. Cabe resaltar que lo que hace que la mantequilla tradicional se dañe fuera de nevera es exactamente lo que le retiramos.

Considered a Super Food. Ghee, a clarified butter from which milk solids (lactose) and casein (milk protein) are manually removed.

It is free of gluten, preservatives and additives. It highlights its multiple benefits towards health in general due to the type of fat.

Because the lactose is removed, ghee is suitable for people who are lactose intolerant. If you are lactose intolerant you should buy it
One of the great advantages is that it does NOT require refrigeration. You can be kept at room temperature for up to about a year even if the bottle is in use and has been opened.
