Shipping Policy

Shipping to all Puerto Rico and the United States. Shipments are delivered to the mail from 1 to 3 business days. Once packages are delivered to the post office, we are not responsible for the time it takes for the post office to process and deliver your package. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in the mail. You must make sure to write your address correctly because if your package is returned to the wrong address, you will have to pay for the shipping again.

Refund Policy

If you receive a defective product, you must access your account and press "Support" there you will have the opportunity to present your case and we can assist you. Any claim must be made within the first 7 days from the date the package appears delivered. You will be given a credit for the value of the defective part.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have seven days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Being handmade, some products may show variations in color, shape and size related to the creation and manufacturing process that are not considered poor condition.
Returns of products shipped correctly as ordered are not accepted.

If your return is accepted you must pay the shipping return label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
